I'm a total beginner and have never lifted weights. Is this for me?

Absolutely! Lift Like Her is built for all experience levels. If you are a beginner, we focus on foundation and form first. The workout plans come with clear instructions to ensure you are training safely and effectively.

Do I need a gym membership, or can I work out at home?

That depends on the plan you choose! I offer gym based programs (focused on weights and machines) as well as home workout versions that utilize dumbbells and body weight. You can select your preference at checkout.

Will the diet plan require me to eat boring food?

No way. Food is fuel, but it should also be enjoyable. My diet plans focus on macronutrient balance (Protein, Carbs, Fats) and whole foods. You will get a variety of options, and I can accommodate vegetarians, vegans, and specific allergies.

What about supplements? Do I need to buy them?

Supplements are just that a supplement to a good diet. They are not magic pills. My supplement guide will recommend products that can help with recovery and performance (like Whey or Creatine), but they are entirely optional.

How do I receive my plan after purchase?

Once you purchase a plan, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out regarding your current stats and goals. Once I have that, your customized plan will be delivered directly to your email within 24 - 48 hours.
